"The Broadmore is reminiscent of stately English Tudor style homes with its use of stucco and trim detailing, prominent gables and detailed window designs of diamond shaped grids by Simonton," says Spears. Bill Spears
Mr. Spears has been with The Drees Company for 30 years. He graduated with honors in 1977 from the University of Kentucky with a B.A. in Architecture. He is a member of the American Institute of Architects. Bill likes to take on various home projects at his personal residence, some more intentional than others. He is currently repairing and recovering from the area's recent wind storm that resulted in a few trees displacing his recently renovated bedroom and exterior deck.
