Entering the foyer, a formal staircase with wrought iron detailing greets guests. Immediately, the tranquil color palette sets the mood. "I love how the champagne and graphite color scheme and ebony and metallic accents reflect a soft modern décor that creates an unexpected transition from the traditional exterior," says Interior Designer Jill Neverovich. The palette provides a stunning backdrop to the many fabulous architectural features found in the home. Notably, 5" wide birch hardwood flooring is used throughout the Broadmore's main level, with the exception of the 1st floor guest room.

The kitchen's openness to the family room and covered outdoor living area is perfect for a brunch crowd or informal family get-togethers. The expansive island anchors the kitchen space with its antique oatmeal Merillat cabinets and black granite countertops. Perimeter cabinets stained peppercorn cherry add interest. A translucent subway tile backsplash accents the wall. Commanding attention, however, is the cooking hearth with antique oatmeal cabinets and a custom stone backsplash.

Serenity is easily established in the upstairs owner's suite. "Creating a luxurious, calm environment relies on the selection and subtle blending of texture and materials," Neverovich says. Lush marble flooring, linen, faux finished walls and polished chrome hardware and fixtures are the perfect accents to the spa-like bath. Even the Swarovski crystal knobs on the Brizo faucets by Delta add just the right touch of glamour.

The Broadmore incorporates family entertainment throughout, as evident in the incredible lower level recreation room complete with a private card room, media zone, entertainment "Guitar Hero" area and wine cellar. Interesting floor tiles on the lower level mimic the look of stained concrete.
